OSHA 30 Hour Training

OSHA 30 hour training is a comprehensive safety training program designed for personnel involved in the construction industry.

It is OSHA’s primary way to train workers in the basics of OH&S covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926.

Course objectives of OSHA 30 hour training includes:

  • Describing the types of personal protective equipment and the requirements for use in OSHA standards;
  • Implementing preventive measures for accidents in their workplace;
  • Understanding the requirements for fire protective in the workplace;
  • Identifying common electrical hazards and related OSHA standards;
  • Recognizing the hazards associated with working in or around construction sites;
  • Listing and describing the hazards and prevalence of confined spaces;
